RECIPROCAL PLAYING PRIVILEGES

Silver Members have access to Silver, Gold and Core Daily Fee* Clubs without a reciprocal fee and subject to availability. Silver Club Members have reciprocal access to Platinum Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $55 and Prestige Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80. In the event a Silver Member introduces three paying guests at one time, the reciprocal fee is waived when playing at Prestige and Platinum Member Clubs. The reciprocal fee is also waived at Platinum Member Clubs if the Silver Member’s Club is closed for a non-Member, full shotgun event. Gold Members have access to Platinum, Gold, Silver and Core Daily Fee* Clubs without a reciprocal fee and subject to availability. Gold Club Members have reciprocal access to Prestige Member Clubs for a reciprocal fee of $80. In the event a Gold Member introduces three paying guests at one time, the reciprocal fee is waived when playing at Prestige Member Clubs. The reciprocal fee is also waived at Prestige Member Clubs if the Gold Member’s Club is closed for a non-Member, full shotgun event.

Prestige and Platinum Members have access to Prestige, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Core Daily Fee* Clubs, without a reciprocal fee and subject to availability.

HOME CLUB TEE TIME ACCESS PRIORITY

In order to protect Members access to tee times at their Home Club, the Director of Golf at each property will designate tee times for Home Club Members during high demand periods. The high demand periods may vary and are defined by the Home Club Member’s playing patterns. Generally, these times are on weekends and Holidays from opening to 11:45 a.m., Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 3:30 p.m. At our Resort properties, these times are Fridays from 11:45 a.m. until twilight, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from opening until 11 a.m. Initially, limited Associate times are available during high demand times; more are released to the Associate Club Members if Home Club bookings are slower than anticipated.

GRADUATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Intermediate and Junior Members who join ClubLink through the Graduate Program have reciprocal access to all ClubLink Clubs. They are required to pay a Membership Fee which may be financed over 15 annual installments interest free. Playing privileges are restricted to non-peak times only, or until a playability test is administered by the Director of Golf at their Home Club. Full privilege Junior and Intermediate Members are also subject to the annual dues applicable to their age category. They are not responsible for a food and beverage minimum until they reach the age of 26. Please speak to a Membership Consultant for more information.

ANNUAL JUNIOR AND INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP

Restrictions: Annual Junior and Intermediate Members must be children or grandchildren of a ClubLink Member. They have access to their Home Club only and are responsible to pay annual dues applicable to their age category. They are not responsible for a food and beverage minimum. Junior and Intermediate Members have Home Club privileges only and do not have access during peak times. Junior and Intermediate Members have access to all ClubLink Academy Courses and enjoy driving range and practice facility access at their Home Club outside of peak times.

GOLFING GUESTS

Through LinkLine, Members are able to reserve for up to three guests, except for Saturdays, Sundays and Holiday Mondays from opening through until 11 a.m. where one guest may be introduced. Subject to availability, requests for additional golfing guests may be made by contacting the Director of Golf at your Home Club. This applies at your Home Club or for reciprocal play. The frequency for introduction of the same guest is limited to twice per month. However, out-of-town golfing guests of a Member may play an unlimited number of rounds with the Member upon payment of the applicable guest fee in any two-week period, once per season. Guests must be accompanied by a ClubLink Member at all times unless prior arrangements are made with the golf shop.

IDENTIFICATION/GOLF CHECK-IN

Members must check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the golf amenities at any ClubLink Club, and must carry their Membership card with them at all times. Members must present their Membership card when making any purchases on their ClubLink account.

ACADEMY MEMBERS

Academy Members have reciprocal playing privileges at Trillium, The Academy Course at Cherry Downs, Down Under at Wyndance, The Rattler at RattleSnake Point, The South Course at The Country Club and The Villa Course at Lake Joseph. ClubLink Academy Members have dining privileges at all ClubLink facilities. ClubLink Academy Members do not have access to Member events at any ClubLink Championship Course unless playing as a guest of a Member and upon payment of the applicable guest fee.

MEMBER ACCESS TO GLEN ABBEY

Members have access to Glen Abbey throughout the week for a $55 reciprocal fee and mandatory cart fee. Tee times may be booked up to seven days in advance and are subject to availability. At Glen Abbey only, LinkLine is able to book one Member with a maximum of seven guests (two consecutive tee times, but only one Member is needed). Tee times are offered on weekends and holidays for Platinum and Prestige Members to play at no reciprocal fee (cart fee only).
If they wish to play in a higher demand time, they will be subject to the $55 reciprocal fee and mandatory cart fee. This reciprocal fee will be waived when a Member introduces three or more guests. The reciprocal fee is not waived when a Member course is closed for a Non-Member, full shotgun event.

CART RENTAL

ClubLink facilities are not cart mandatory (except Glen Abbey and The Club at Bond Head).

SOCIAL AND NON-RESIDENT MEMBERS

Social and Non-Resident Members have access to six rounds of golf during the golf season, upon payment of the applicable guest fee in effect at the time of play. Practice range access is only available prior to a reserved tee time.

VERANDAH MEMBERS

Verandah Members have recreational and dining access at all ClubLink golf facilities. Verandah Members do not have golf privileges unless playing as a guest of a Member and upon payment of the applicable guest fee.

TEE TIME RESERVATIONS

Members have seven-day advance booking privileges (exceptions may be arranged for special circumstances through the Home Club Director of Golf or Head Professional). Tee times at all courses may be arranged through LinkLine (ClubLink’s centralized tee time reservation system) to a maximum of two tee times per phone call. To reach LinkLine please call 1-800-273-5113. For your convenience a LinkLine courtesy phone is available at each ClubLink facility. When booking tee times, Members are required to provide the name of each person in their group in order to eliminate double bookings by Members (thus using valuable tee time inventory for alternative Member bookings).

TEE TIME CANCELLATIONS

Non-weather related tee time cancellations are required no less than 24 hours prior to play. To cancel a player or an entire tee time, Members may contact LinkLine or the golf shop directly. In the event the cancellation policy has not been adhered to, a $60 'no show' fee will be charged to the Member who made the reservation.
At Glen Abbey, Member cancellations are required 24 hours prior to play regardless of weather conditions. To cancel a player or an entire tee time, Members must contact Glen Abbey directly. In the event the cancellation policy is not adhered to, the regular guest fee for each player of the foursome will be charged to the Member who made the reservation.
